Chicken Casserole

- 1 lb chicken breast shopping list
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix shopping list
- 1 can Campbells Cream of chicken with herbs soup shopping list
- 4oz sour cream shopping list
- 1/4c sliced almonds shopping list
- Ritz crackers shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken until done - cut into bite size pieces
- Mix chicken, stuffing mix, soup, sour cream and almonds together. If to thick/dry add milk to thin out, but do not make it runny.
- Pour into casserole dish
- Crush Ritz cracker and place a thin layer over the top of mixture.
- Place several butter pats on top of crackers.
- Bake @ 350 until bubbles, approx. 25 mins
