How to make it

  • Boil chicken until done - cut into bite size pieces
  • Mix chicken, stuffing mix, soup, sour cream and almonds together. If to thick/dry add milk to thin out, but do not make it runny.
  • Pour into casserole dish
  • Crush Ritz cracker and place a thin layer over the top of mixture.
  • Place several butter pats on top of crackers.
  • Bake @ 350 until bubbles, approx. 25 mins
