Chicken Casserole Recipe
This can be a great base casserole to be modified to anyones liking. I eat it over rice, while my husband eats ins over chopped broccoli!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup
  • 4oz sour cream
  • 1/4c sliced almonds
  • Ritz crackers
  • Butter

Directions
  1. Boil chicken until done - cut into bite size pieces
  2. Mix chicken, stuffing mix, soup, sour cream and almonds together. If to thick/dry add milk to thin out, but do not make it runny.
  3. Pour into casserole dish
  4. Crush Ritz cracker and place a thin layer over the top of mixture.
  5. Place several butter pats on top of crackers.
  6. Bake @ 350 until bubbles, approx. 25 mins
