Ingredients
  • 1 package rolled sausage
  • 2 slices bread cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Crumble sausage into skillet then cook over medium heat until browned stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain off any drippings.
  4. Spread bread cubes in greased rectangular baking dish and top with sausage and cheese.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until will blended then pour over cheese.
  6. Bake 35 minutes then let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve hot.
