This is a very quick and simple salad that tastes wonderful

Ingredients
  • 2 6-ounce cans tuna
  • 1 tomato, seeded & diced
  • 2 avocados, 1 diced, 1 pureed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of salt
  • dash of black pepper

Directions
  1. Puree one avocado with the garlic, vinegar, cayenne, salt & pepper.
  2. Drain the tuna and toss it with the puree, the tomato and the other avocado.
