Ingredients
  • 8 boneless, skinless duck breasts halves
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Place 4 of the duck breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, pineapple, green bell pepper, onion and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Pour half of this mixture over the duck in the crockpot.
  4. Place the rest of the duck in the crockpot and top with the remaining sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
  6. Serve and Enjoy

I have to admit, the title drew me in too...was hoping for a pic of those breasts !!!


LMAO okay go ahead and call me a perv but I really had something very different in mind and the only thing that got me here was the title lol But the recipe sounds pretty good actually, especially if you love duck.
