Cindis Easy Chicken Pie Recipe
This is an easy one-dish meal. Love to fix this after a hard day at work. When I have time I boil my chicken, but in a rush can sub canned chicken,

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegatables or 2 Cans Veg-All Vegatables. (I prefer the can Vegetables.)
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Cup Self-rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Grease a 2 Qt. baking dish.
  3. Place chicken and vegatables in dish.
  4. Stir together soup, broth, and pepper.
  5. Pour over chicken mixture.
  6. Combine flour, milk and butter and stir until smooth.
  7. Pour over mixture in baking dish.
  8. Bake 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Let cool 10 minutes.

My family & I love this. So filling & good comfort food. I also use canned chick. when I'm being lazy or I'll use left over roasted chicken, then for the topping I use Bisquick Baking mix on the top!
