Rhubarb Custard Dessert

- Custard: shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. sugar shopping list
- 3 T. flour shopping list
- 1/2 t. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 T. butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Crumb Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 C. sugar shopping list
- 1/3 C. butter shopping list
- 3/4 C. flour shopping list
How to make it
- Place cut-up rhubarb in buttered baking dish. Blend flour, sugar, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs to the sugar mix and beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. For the topping; blend sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over ruhbarb and custard. Bake at ~450 for 10 minutes, then lower heat to ~350 and continue baking for 30 minutes.
