How to make it

  • Place cut-up rhubarb in buttered baking dish. Blend flour, sugar, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs to the sugar mix and beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. For the topping; blend sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over ruhbarb and custard. Bake at ~450 for 10 minutes, then lower heat to ~350 and continue baking for 30 minutes.
