- Dough: shopping list
- 1 cup softened margarine shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 package yeast shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup warm water shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup ground nuts shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup ground chocolate chips shopping list
- dash of cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In a cup mix the water, sugar and the yeast.
- Let sit. In a large bowl, combine margarine and flour.
- Add eggs and yeast to flour mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and soft.
- Divide dough into thirds.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the filling on the baking surface.
- Place dough on top of filling.
- Roll out until you have a nice circle.
- Spread 1/4 cup of filling on top of the dough.
- Cut into 12 pieces in the shape of pie slices.
- Roll each of the 12 pieces from large end to small end and place on cookie sheet, point side down.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until brown. Makes 36 cookies.
