How to make it
- Prepare and heat grill. In medium bowl, combine salsa, avocado, red onion and cilantro; mix well and refrigerate.
- Sprinkle steaks with garlic salt and place over medium high coals, 4-6" from heat. Cook 8-14 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice. Let steaks stand for 5 minutes, then serve with salsa.
