Rib Eye Steak With Avocado Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup chunky salsa

1 avocado, peeled and diced

2 Tbsp. minced red onion

2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

4 boneless rib eye steaks

1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

Prepare and heat grill. In medium bowl, combine salsa, avocado, red onion and cilantro; mix well and refrigerate.

Sprinkle steaks with garlic salt and place over medium high coals, 4-6" from heat. Cook 8-14 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice. Let steaks stand for 5 minutes, then serve with salsa.
