How to make it

  • Remove stems from mushroom and place bottom up on cookie sheet covered with foil.
  • Fill the center of each cap with feta cheese
  • Add a sprinkle of oregano
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
  • Bake in 400 degree oven until feta is softened (about 10 mins)
