Feta Stuffed Portabello Caps

- 4 portabello mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 2 tbsp oregano shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Remove stems from mushroom and place bottom up on cookie sheet covered with foil.
- Fill the center of each cap with feta cheese
- Add a sprinkle of oregano
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
- Bake in 400 degree oven until feta is softened (about 10 mins)
