  • 1 part dried basil leaves; crumbled
  • 1 part fennel seeds
  • 1 part dried lavender leaves; crumbled
  • 1 part dried marjoram leaves; crumbled
  • 1 part dried rosemary leaves; crumbled
  • 1 part rubbed dried sage leaves
  • 1 part dried summer savory leaves; crumbled
  • 1 part dried French thyme leaves; crumbled

Directions
  1. Herbs de Provence [EHRB duh proh-VAWNS] An assortment of dried herbs reflecting those most commonly used in the southern France. The blend is used to season dishes of meat poultry and vegetables.
  2. Crumble the dried herbs by hand and mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
