- 1 part dried basil leaves; crumbled shopping list
- 1 part fennel seeds shopping list
- 1 part dried lavender leaves; crumbled shopping list
- 1 part dried marjoram leaves; crumbled shopping list
- 1 part dried rosemary leaves; crumbled shopping list
- 1 part rubbed dried sage leaves shopping list
- 1 part dried summer savory leaves; crumbled shopping list
- 1 part dried French thyme leaves; crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Herbs de Provence [EHRB duh proh-VAWNS] An assortment of dried herbs reflecting those most commonly used in the southern France. The blend is used to season dishes of meat poultry and vegetables.
- Crumble the dried herbs by hand and mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
