Greens with mozzarella

- tablespoon of olive oil shopping list
- 5 or 6 large laves of greens (AKA spring greens) shopping list
- tablespoon of water shopping list
- garlic clove shopping list
- half a ball of mozzarella with a little of the juice its in. shopping list
How to make it
- whack the garlic clove with anything heavy to just crush it slightly.
- In a saucepan/wok heat the oil over a low to medium heat with the garlic clove in it for a couple of minutes.
- Wash the greens don't bother drying them.
- Roll the greens leaves up into a cigar shape and slice across them to make thin strips.
- remove the garlic clove from the pan and add the greens, turn up the heat and stir fry them quickly, don't let them stick, keep stirring for 1 to 2 minutes or until they're wilted.
- Tip the greens and oil into a oven proof dish.
- tear up the mozzarella and lay roughly on top of the greens pour over a little mozzarella liquid.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes at a high heat or grill until the mozzarella is bubbling.
- Serve
