Supreme Cheese Cake Recipe
This dessert is a #1 with my friends and family. A bit more fluffy than other cheese cakes and what a topping!

Ingredients
  • 2C rolled graham cracker crumbs
  • 1C and 2T. sugar
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1 bag of frozen cherries ( Or fruit of your choice )
  • 3/4 C of cherry juice concentrate (12 oz can at stores )
  • 2 T+ corn starch

Directions
  1. CRUST
  2. 2 C rolled graham cracker crumbs
  3. 1/2 C sugar
  4. 1 t. cinnamon
  5. 1/2 C melted butter
  6. Mix all ingredients well. Grease sides of cheesecake pan. Pat crust on to bottom & sides. Place in oven for about 10 minutes
  7. FILLING.
  8. 1/2 C sugar
  9. 2 T. flour
  10. 1/4 t. salt
  11. 2-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
  12. 1 t. vanilla
  13. 4 eggs, separated
  14. 1 C. heavy cream
  15. Blend the 1/2 C sugar and & flour, salt & room temperature cream cheese. Add the vanilla & yolks, one at a time,mixing well after each yolk is added. Add the cream & blend thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites & pour the mixture on the top of the crumbs. Bake in a slow oven 325 F for one hour or untill set in center. Cool on cooling rack before removing rim.
  16. TOPPING
  17. In sauce pan bring cheeries, juice and 2 T sugar to boil. Add 2 T cornstarch to a bit of juice stir in to thicken cherry mixture. Poor over cooled cheese cake.... ENJOY
