Supreme cheese cake

- 2C rolled graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1C and 2T. sugar shopping list
- 1 t. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 C melted butter shopping list
- 2 T. flour shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs separated shopping list
- 1 C. heavy cream shopping list
- 1 bag of frozen cherries ( Or fruit of your choice ) shopping list
- 3/4 C of cherry juice concentrate (12 oz can at stores ) shopping list
- 2 T+ corn starch shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST
- 2 C rolled graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 C melted butter
- Mix all ingredients well. Grease sides of cheesecake pan. Pat crust on to bottom & sides. Place in oven for about 10 minutes
- FILLING.
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 t. vanilla
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 C. heavy cream
- Blend the 1/2 C sugar and & flour, salt & room temperature cream cheese. Add the vanilla & yolks, one at a time,mixing well after each yolk is added. Add the cream & blend thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites & pour the mixture on the top of the crumbs. Bake in a slow oven 325 F for one hour or untill set in center. Cool on cooling rack before removing rim.
- TOPPING
- In sauce pan bring cheeries, juice and 2 T sugar to boil. Add 2 T cornstarch to a bit of juice stir in to thicken cherry mixture. Poor over cooled cheese cake.... ENJOY
