These are yummy. The recipe came from an estate sale I purchased a few years ago. I make them often and they are always eaten right up.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. grated zucchini

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and zucchini and blend well.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Mix raisins and nuts.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 12-15 minutes.
