This is a recipe from my mother-in-law's collection. She grew all of her own vegetables and herbs and was one of the most amazing cooks and bakers I have ever known. This was one she made every summer.

I love this sort of food. I enjoy small portions of relishes, etc. and this really will fit the bill. I can imagine using it with brats on a but, also. It's kind of like bread and butter pickles, without the cucumbers. YUMMMMM

My grandmother used to make a corn relish that was out of this world! of course, the recipe, if there ever was one, is lost. This is as close as I've come. Can't wait to try it!!!!!

My computer has been down, but now finally fixed. I got to try this recipe about a month ago and it tastes just like I remember my grandmothers tasting. I was thrilled. My hats off to this site it is great. I look forward to trying more recipes.

Good stuff, very close to what I remember Aunt Mabel making. We had it as a side dish all summer long and loved it.
