How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cereal, pretzels, and popcorn in 13"x 9"
  • baking pan. Drizzle with oil and worcestershire sauce. Toss to coat. Bake 15
  • minutes or until crisp. Cool. Store in covered container.

    I agree with the rest of you... diabetics need snacky foods too! I've been type I diabetic for 20 years, and have recently gone on a diet for better control and weight loss. Having something tasty like this makes the whole idea of a diet much more palatable. I look forward to trying this. Thanks.

    Nice one shirleyoma, thanks, I get the munchies all the time and that can get you in lots of trouble when your diabetic like we are!! Sounds just too yummy!!!
