Mums Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel and cut pumpkin
  • Melt butter add onion and pumpkin cover 10 min
  • Add water and stock cook till tender
  • Cool slightly then puree (hand held works fine!)
  • Grad add the milk. (5min)
  • Sift flour into sour cream and add to soup
  • season with salt and peper
  • serve hot
  • garnish with either 1 tbs cream or sour cream
  • (chives are an optional garnish too!)
