Easy Corn Bake

Simple easy dish from G-ma Roberts recipe files, delicous. Nice with broiled chicken or porkchops.Why can't I find those fun spiced apple rings that grandma used to have on the side of the plate? They hit her table regularly.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cream style corn shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 2 medium onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp of dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of fine milled black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup of herbed stuffing mix (cubed crushed herbal flavored) shopping list
- extra bread crumbs (I use crushed store bought croutons) shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together corn, green peppers, onions, and stuffing mix.
- Put in a well greased casserole.
- Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with softened butter and bake at 350 for one hour.
