How to make it

  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  • Add all ingredients except walnuts to bowl and mix in thoroughly.
  • Roll into a log using plastic wrap, and a sushi mat.
  • Place another sheet of fresh plastic wrap on top of sushi mat, then spread finely chopped walnuts on it.
  • Take log out of other wrap, then place it on sushi mat and roll in the walnuts, coating the outside evenly.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
