This is a classic bean soup made with smoked ham hock or with a left over ham bone - inexpensive and serves up a crowd.

Sounds alot like my recipe, love soup, fixing your Pasta Fagioli Soup today can hardly wait, must go get it started now. Let you know how close it comes to the one I like at Olive Garden so much.

I made this soup again this weekend and just as a little extra I added 1 tsp of cumin and 1 tsp corriander - give it a little kick - try it if you like - I am always adding things to my soups and trying different things - hope you do the same and let me know what you liked with it!!!!

I just discovered this recipe raven - I have a ham hough in the fridge right now and it's Summer here (wet and windy LOL!)
Do you know what is in Goya Sazon seasoning? I might be able to find a copycat recipe somewhere!
Thanks! Susan
