  • 3/4 c. finely minced white onion
  • 1/2 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/4 c. finely minced scallions
  • 1/4 c. finely shredded & chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 c. finely minced fresh parsley
  • 4 oz. Creole mustard or any brown mustard
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 6 oz. olive oil
  • 1 t. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for color

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 1 oz. per serving
