Ingredients
  • 10 sl WHOLE WHEAT BREAD CUBED
  • 1 lb Bulk sausage
  • 1 cn 4oz MUSHROOM PIECES, DRAIN
  • 1/2 c SHREDDED CHEDDAR
  • 1/2 c SHREDDED SWISS
  • 6 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1 c MILK
  • 1 c 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 ts WORCHESTERSHIRE
  • 1/2 ts PEPPER

Directions
  1. COOK SAUSAGE OVER MED HEAT UNTIL NO LONGER PINK, DRAIN. PLACE BREAD CUBES IN A GREASED, 13x9x2" BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH THE SAUSAGE, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESES. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND POUR OVER THE TOP. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
