Mushroom Sausage Strata

- 10 sl whole wheat bread CUBED shopping list
- 1 lb bulk sausage shopping list
- 1 cn 4oz mushroom pieces, DRAIN shopping list
- 1/2 c SHREDDED CHEDDAR shopping list
- 1/2 c SHREDDED SWISS shopping list
- 6 eggs LIGHTLY BEATEN shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
- 1 c 1/2 & 1/2 shopping list
- 1 ts WORCHESTERSHIRE shopping list
- 1/2 ts pepper shopping list
How to make it
- COOK SAUSAGE OVER MED HEAT UNTIL NO LONGER PINK, DRAIN. PLACE BREAD CUBES IN A GREASED, 13x9x2" BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH THE SAUSAGE, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESES. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND POUR OVER THE TOP. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
