  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • * 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 21/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon white wine

Directions
  1. Make lemon sauce: Beat all ingredients except the chicken in a
