How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate covered minimum 3 hours before serving. If doubling recipe you may want to cut back some on the chiltepe flakes
- "Best if made the night before."
- Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Really unique - must be regional. All of our Mexican restaurants serve the red salsa and the cabbage salsa. Have never seen this version. We'll be sure to try it! Thanks for sharing. - Nataliefizzle3nat in Waterville loved it
