- 1 cup Miracle Whip shopping list
- ½ cup milk shopping list
- ½ tablespoons chopped garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1½ teaspoons cumin shopping list
- 1½ teaspoons dried oregano shopping list
- 1½ teaspoons chiltepe flakes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate covered minimum 3 hours before serving. If doubling recipe you may want to cut back some on the chiltepe flakes
- "Best if made the night before."
- Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Really unique - must be regional. All of our Mexican restaurants serve the red salsa and the cabbage salsa. Have never seen this version. We'll be sure to try it! Thanks for sharing. - Natalie
