Salsa Blanca Recipe
This is the White Salsa Dip recipe being served in many of our local Mexican Restaurants. It's cheap and easy to make recipe doubles well. Who's got the Dos Equis Amber?

Ingredients
  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoons chopped garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons cumin
  • 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1½ teaspoons chiltepe flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate covered minimum 3 hours before serving. If doubling recipe you may want to cut back some on the chiltepe flakes
  2. "Best if made the night before."
  3. Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Really unique - must be regional. All of our Mexican restaurants serve the red salsa and the cabbage salsa. Have never seen this version. We'll be sure to try it! Thanks for sharing. - Natalie
