Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook & drain 1/2 box acini de pepe.
  • Rinse with cool water
  • Drain crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges
  • Save juice.
  • Combine juice with sugar, 2 beaten eggs, flour and salt.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir until thick.
  • Add cooked pasta and chill over-night.
  • Next day, add drained fruit and Cool Whip to pasta mixture and mix.

    I will try this with the Dreamfields pasta, Cheri (will help me cut down on the carbs a little, at least!)...this sounds delicious!
