How to make it

  • Coarsely chop 8 cookies; set aside
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ice cream until melted
  • If necessary, refrigerate 5 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Layer gelatin mixture & chopped cookies in 4 (8-oz) parfait glasses or 1 Qt. size glass bowl
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and remaining 4 cookies.
  • Makes 4 servings.
