Lemon Squares

A really easy square. And you know it's good if it has lemon in it!
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup coconut shopping list
- 2 tbls. milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 pkg. lemon pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sugar, graham crumbs, coconut, salt and baking powder together.
- Rub in margarine. Add milk and mix together.
- Spread half the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
- Prepare pie filling according to package directions.
- Spread over base.
- Spread other half of reserved mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
