Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients except oil together.
  • Heat frying pan with oil.
  • Scoop a spoonful, spread and flatten on the pan
  • Remove when it turned golden brown.
  • Use low heat because the cheese will burn easily.
  • Nice as breakfast, snack or side dish with rice.

    Hahaha ... I didnt tell him till he finish it. I think the Cheese and Smoked Salmon did a very good job covering up the taste of potato. He didn't know. ;)

    Beef is another good option. I'll try that too! thanks!
