Hot Hamburger Dip Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs ground beef

2 cups chopped onions

3 tablespoons chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 lbs Velveeta Cheese

4 ounces jalapeno peppers, sliced, canned or fresh

Directions

Brown beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain well.

Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker.

Stir to combine.

Cook on low until cheese is melted.

Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips.

In place of the spices, you can use 1 packet of Chile-O Seasoning mix. I also use Velveeta Lite to help cut the fat grams.
