Ingredients
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
  • 4 ounces jalapeno peppers, sliced, canned or fresh

Directions
  1. Brown beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain well.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook on low until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips.

In place of the spices, you can use 1 packet of Chile-O Seasoning mix. I also use Velveeta Lite to help cut the fat grams.
