Ingredients

2 Medium cucumber Garden or English is fine

1 small onion

Milk

Miracle Whip

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Slice Cucumber and onions into a bowl. Mix milk and Miracle Whip until creamy. Pour over Cukes and onion add salt and pepper to taste. put in fridge until cold. Best if let set overnite then flavors have time to blend.

I made this today with fresh cucumbers out of my garden. It was really good and crunchy. I also had cold roast beef sandwiches for dinner and just put the cucumber salad on the sandwich....very tasty.
