Grand Marnier Souffle

- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup scalded milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 5 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar divided shopping list
- 6 egg whites shopping list
- Grand mariner liqueur as needed shopping list
- whipped cream as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter then add flour and cook until golden.
- Add scalded milk and cook until thick.
- Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly then add vanilla.
- Beat egg yolks with 3 tablespoons sugar and combine with the cream sauce.
- Beat egg whites stiff then add remaining sugar.
- Fold in half the egg whites then the other half.
- Pour into a buttered and slightly sugared casserole and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Serve with 2 tablespoons grand mariner added to 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
