Ingredients

1 slice bread

2 teaspoons butter

1 egg

Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Use a small glass to cut a whole in the center of bread. Butter both sides of the bread. Over medium heat in a nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Toast bread until golden then turn over and toast other side. After toasted while heat is still on crack egg and deposit into center of the bread. Cook until white is firm on bottom then flip egg toast combination over and cook 2 minutes.
