Garlic Chile Flank Steak Recipe
I have not made this one yet but fully intend to. It sounds really good. I got it from a friend who says she made it for a very picky eater and he gobbled it right up.

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ancho chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/4 pound flank steak trimmed of fat

Directions
  1. Whisk garlic, vinegar, oil, ground chile, oregano, cumin and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Place steak in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over it turning to coat both sides.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour turning once.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat then oil grill rack and grill steak 6 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a plate then cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak very thinly across the grain.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.

This sounds really good , Im gonna have to try it soon...Ive found some flank steak recipes and only liked 1...but this one looks like a keeper.
