How to make it

  • Saute garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over shrimp; bake at 300F for 20 minutes or until shrimp begins to turn pink. Cool; then refrigerate several hours for seasonings to blend.
  • Before serving, reheat shrimp and transfer to a chafing dish set on low heat. Have toothpicks handy for serving.
