Lahori Pakoray Recipe
A treat specially useful for Ramadan. It's one of our favorites.

Ingredients
  • Spinach ,a big bunch
  • 1 medium onion,sliced
  • 1 medium potato,cut in small cubes
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds
  • Pakora batter(see my recipe)

Directions
  1. Rinse the spinach, then chop it finely.
  2. Take a bowl, put chopped spinach and all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture in hot oil.
  5. Fry on medium heat till it becomes golden brown.
  6. Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
