How to make it

  • Rinse the spinach, then chop it finely.
  • Take a bowl, put chopped spinach and all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture in hot oil.
  • Fry on medium heat till it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
