Easy Sugar free pumpkin pie

- 2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) shopping list
- 3/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 9 inch pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Beat eggs with Honey and spices.
- Mix into pumpkin
- Add milk
- Brush edge of pie crust with egg white for a gleaned brown finish )optional)
- Turn the mixture into crust and bake until knife inserted comes out clean, or about 30 minutes
