Easy Sugar free pumpkin pie

A sugar free pumpkin pie using honey rather than an artificial sweetener. Note for diabetics and those controlling sugar intake, it does have honey!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Beat eggs with Honey and spices.
Mix into pumpkin
Add milk
Brush edge of pie crust with egg white for a gleaned brown finish )optional)
Turn the mixture into crust and bake until knife inserted comes out clean, or about 30 minutes

Thanks for your visit. Pumpkin pie is my favorite along with pecan pie and I will try soon this recipe with evaporated milk.
