Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter

1 c. sugar

3 ea. eggs, beaten

1/2 c. chocolate bits or chips

3/4 c. Karo syrup, light

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. pecans

2 tbs. bourbon

Directions

Cream butter

add sugar gradually and cream together

Add eggs, Karo syrup, saly, and vanilla

Stir in chocolate bits, nuts, and bourbon

Bake at 375 for 50 minutes

Tried this recipe, Awsome great pie. I put a twist on this pie when i made the second one. I put a layer of chocolate on top and decorated it with a few chocolte covered pecans and whipped topping. it was a 5 star hit.Thanks
