Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar together.
  • Add egss one at a time (don't skip this step - I did one time and the cake fell but still tasted good)
  • Blend in vanilla wafers, pecans, milk and vanilla
  • Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan (or tube pan).
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Let cool before removing from pan.
  • Serves 10
  • Enjoy.

    This came out really nice!! Mine broke a little...I didn't grease the pan enough, so I cut it up and it was served at our church's fall festival! Thanks!

    Must bake this cake. Sounds great - now all I need to do is figure out what to top it with. Banana frosting comes to mind. Happy New year!

    I've had this cake several times...my grandmother used to make it...but have never seen the recipe without the coconut! I will like this one MUCH better! Thanks for posting!
