No cook faux chocolate or cinnamon or cappuccino mousse

A quick inexpensive no cook mousse that's as chocolatey as you want it. Also has variations for cappuccino etc. Read on.
Ingredients
- 1 large container of Cool Whip or store brand non dairy whipped cream shopping list
- 2 packages of your favorite chocolate instant pudding mix (the darker the chocolate the better and try not to use milk chocolate it's too light in flavor) shopping list
- Your favorite chocolate syrup (hersheys, bosco etc) shopping list
- cinnamon, shaved chocolate and mint leaf for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Make the 2 packages of instant pudding according to the directions
- Add the entire container of cool whip
- beat on high til mixed (yes you can use an electric mixer)
- Add the chocolate syrup and beat until you reach the desired density of the flavor of chocolate you want. The more syrup the deeper the flavor
- Chill for 15 minutes (if you can wait that long)
- Garnish with shaved chocolate and mint leaf or cinnamon if desired
- Believe it or not it is really not overly sweet.
- For a variation use a cappuccino pudding and cappuccino flavored syrup for a cappuccino mouse or (you get the picture, any flavor instant pudding)
