How to make it
- Boil Sugar, Water, Salt and Cream of Tartar until sugar dissolves completely
- Remove from heat and SLOWLY add eggs stirring constantly (so that they don't cook when poured in)
- Beat until stiff, then add Vanilla.
- Ensure that your cake is cooled completely before frosting as this frosting melts very easily.
