Beer Pizza Crust Recipe
Really easy, no yeast, homemade pizza crust. Interesting taste.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 12 oz Beer

Directions
  1. Combine flour, Baking Power and Salt
  2. Pour in Beer and mix well
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface until pliable
  4. Roll dough out in thinest crusts (dough puffs up quite a bit in the oven)
  5. Brush with Olive Oil and top with your favorite pizza toppings
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 min
  7. To Make Calzones :
  8. divide dough into 4 balls and roll into circle. pile up pizza toppings on 1 half of circle and fold over. Seal edges with a fork.

Yes! I sometimes use half white and half whole wheat or multi grain flour. It turns out just as tasty.
