No Bread Reubens

Just a twist on a regular reuben.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen hash brown patties shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened shopping list
- 2 thick slices of corned beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon applesauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup 1000 Island dressing shopping list
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place hash brown patties in a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish.
- Spread each with butter.
- Top with corned beef.
- In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, brown sugar and applesauce.
- Mix well and spoon over the corned beef.
- Top with 1000 Island dressing and swiss cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
