30 Minute Chicken And Dumplings

- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped shopping list
- 6 cans of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 package of buttery biscuts (make sure and get the buttery kind) shopping list
- 1 tblsp vegtable oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large stew pan
- Cut the chicken breast into chunks and poach in one can of the broth
- while chicken is poaching place vegetables into your stew pan
- after the vegetables are translucent add the remander of the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Roll out your canned biscuts and cut them in small triangles
- Add your chicken to your stew pan
- season with salt pepper and italian seasoning
- when broth is boiling agian start dropping in your cut biscuts (you might not use the whole package)
- let boil for about five minutes then place a lid on turn down heat and let cook for a bout 15 minutes.
