How to make it

  • Wash lentils well
  • Place into stockpot
  • Pour chicken broth over lentils 1 inch
  • Put in carrots, onions & bay leaves in next
  • Boil til somewhat thick
  • Mix tomato paste and olive oil together & place in stockpot with lentils.
  • Mix 1/2 cup flour with water til thin and add to lentil mixture
  • Next mix in balsamic vinegar
  • Simmer 20-45 minutes, and ENJOY your DIVA-licious lentils! Please let me know how much you LOVE them!
