Banana Quesadillas Recipe

Great way to use ripe banana's

Ingredients
- 1 brick Cream Cheese -room temp.
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 6 Tortilla's
- 4 tbls Butter
- Ice Cream
- Carmel Syrup
Directions
- Mix Cream Cheese, Banana & Powdered Sugar in a Food Processor
- Spread on 1/2 of Tortilla shells and fold the other half over.
- Place filled Tortilla's in refriderator for 30 minutes to set filling.
- Melt Butter in a skillet, fry Tortilla's until golden brown.
- Cut each tortilla into 3 wedges.
- Serve with Ice Cream, topped with Carmel.
