This is just too hot to handle. This uses easy to grow home grown peppers.

Ingredients
  • 6 fresh habanero peppers (with seeds)
  • 5 lemon drop peppers (or other small hot pepper)
  • 8 jalapenos (with seeds)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • salt

Directions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender on high, blend until smooth.
  2. Add the sauce to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Be sure to add salt as it will enhance the flavor.
  6. Place in a clean jar and refrigerate.
