Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon banilla
  • 1cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup pecan or I use walnuts also halves
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • Whipped cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400/f
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.
  3. Add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, brown sugar and butter.
  4. Mix well
  5. Stir in Nuts
  6. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  7. Bake 15 min.
  8. REDUCE heat to 350/f and bake for additional 30-35 minutes or until outside edge of filling seems set...
  9. Let cool, and before cutting decorate with whipped cream rosettes or just a nice stream of whipped cream..
  10. Yummers... enjoy
