Ingredients
  • 1 C julienne sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 C cooked rice
  • 1/4 C minced onion
  • 2 Tbl salad oil
  • 1 Tbl vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tomatoes finely sliced
  • 1 sm head lettuce finely shredded
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 C corn chips

Directions
  1. Combine all ingr. except corn chips
  2. Toss lightly
  3. Fold in mayonnaise and curry
  4. Turn into a chilled bowl and top with corn chips
  5. Chill
