How to make it

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 minute
  • add chicken peices and fry for 5-7 minutes, the smaller the peices the faster it cooks. It should be bite sizes, about 2 cm cubes. When cooked, it should be white in color all over and from the inside too
  • Add garlic, diced apple and fry for 1-2 minutes
  • Add salt, sugar, turmeric, cumin and coriander and stirr for 1 minute
  • Add tomato paste, garam massala, yogurt and stir for 1 minute
  • Add cream and continue stirring for 1 minutes
  • Cooking should be done under high heat.
  • Serve with Basmati rice or Naan bread.
  • The meal is ready in under 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy
