How to make it

  • Cut jalapeno peppers in half lenghtwise, remove seeds and membranes.
  • Place peppers in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain well.
  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershier sauce and bacon bits. Stir well
  • Place one heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each pepper half.
  • Place on baking sheet. Cook for about 5 mins., on 400 degrees or until cheese is melted.

    Sounds tasty! I'll try anything with hot peppers. Cherry peppers are my favorite blend of taste and heat so I'll probably try a mix of both.
