Zesty Italian Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (I use frozen and do not thaw them before hand) shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 10 1/2ounces of Zesty Italian salad dressing (about 2/3 of a 16 oz bottle) shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper - chopped large shopping list
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper – chopped large shopping list
- 1/2 large onion – chopped large shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet put chicken, chicken broth, Zesty Italian, peppers, and onion.
- Cook over medium high heat with the lid on for 30 minutes.
- Turn every 5 or 6 minutes.
- In the last 10 minuets the sauce will thicken and caramelize a little.
- Watch for sticking.
- Serve with the sauce over the top.

I made this tonight and it was very good.. I missed on the forks, I was aiming for the 5th fork but my mouse clicker was faster than I was.. I'm sorry.
